FAQ
The technology is the same, but what you must keep and for how long is not. A law firm keeps dossiers for years, a care provider keeps patient records for decades, a hotel keeps a guest register and till data. Each industry page lists the rules that apply and which Mindtime services fit.
Only in Mindtime's own Tier III data centres in the Netherlands and Germany. Backups are immutable (Object Lock), there is an extra air-gapped copy, every backup job is checked, and the service is monitored 24/7.
Mindtime backs up the systems around your sector software: Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, laptops, servers, NAS devices, databases and cloud workloads. If your software runs on your own server, we back up that server. For SaaS, check the supplier's own export and retention terms; each industry page explains this for the software that sector uses.
The pages cover the sectors we hear from most. If yours isn't listed, the same services apply: book a 15-minute demo and we'll go through your data and the rules in your sector with you.
