Mindtime Security · EDR platform
One console for every client you protect
The EDR platform your team uses to detect, investigate and respond across all your clients' endpoints. You run the service. We build the tools.
Inside the endpoint
An agent on every device
It checks for vulnerabilities, malware, configuration gaps and file changes, and flags what needs a closer look.
One client
Every finding lands in your console
Scored by severity and mapped to MITRE ATT&CK, so your analysts know where to start.
Every client you look after
Many clients, kept apart
Resellers, clients and endpoints in one multi-tenant hierarchy, with each client's data isolated from the rest.

In short
What is Mindtime Security?
Mindtime Security is an endpoint detection and response (EDR) platform for MSPs and resellers. Agents on your clients' Windows and Linux endpoints collect security data, and your team sees vulnerabilities, malware, configuration compliance, file changes and threat activity for every client in one multi-tenant console.
- What it is
- A platform and a console. Not a managed service.
- Who uses it
- MSPs, resellers and their security teams
- What it covers
- Windows and Linux servers and workstations
- What's next
- EDR today, with XDR and SIEM on the roadmap
Who does what
Your service, our platform
Mindtime Security is a tool, not a managed service. This is how the work is split.
Mindtime provides
The platform
- The multi-tenant EDR platform and console
- Endpoint agents for Windows and Linux
- Detection modules, severity scoring and MITRE ATT&CK mapping
- Platform updates and new modules as they ship
- Platform support in Dutch, German and English
Your team delivers
The security service
- Watching your clients' alerts
- Triage and investigation
- Response decisions and remediation
- Reporting and advice for your clients
- Your own service levels and pricing
Mindtime does not monitor your clients' endpoints or act on incidents for you. Your clients stay your clients.
How it works
From endpoint to action
What happens between an agent noticing something and your team closing it off.
- 01
On the endpoint
Detect
The agent collects security data: installed software, malware signals, configuration checks and changes to watched files.
- 02
In the console
Prioritise
Findings are scored Critical, High, Medium or Low and mapped to MITRE ATT&CK. The clients that need attention rise to the top.
- 03
Your analysts
Investigate
Hunt across endpoint activity and filter by reseller, client, endpoint and date range to see what happened and where.
- 04
Your decision
Respond and report
Act on what you find, use the response rules you have configured, and export the filtered results for client reports and remediation tracking.
Modules
The tools your security team works with
Every module follows the same reseller, client and endpoint filters, and results can be exported.
-
Security Operations Center
Portfolio health, critical alerts, a security score and the clients that need attention, on one screen.
-
Vulnerabilities
Known vulnerabilities from installed software, ranked by CVSS score and severity, with remediation progress per client.
-
Malware detection
Detections by severity and category, the affected endpoints and when each was last detected.
-
Configuration compliance
Endpoints checked against CIS benchmark policies, with a compliance score and the failed controls on each device.
-
File integrity monitoring
Added, modified and deleted files on watched paths, with critical file alerts highlighted.
-
Threat hunting
Search and correlate across endpoint activity, with threat matches broken down by severity and endpoint.
-
MITRE ATT&CK mapping
Detections linked to known attacker techniques, with active and high-risk techniques per endpoint.
-
Automated response
Response rules you configure run predefined or custom actions when a rule fires. Each action is logged with its trigger, status and endpoint.
-
Agent management
A central inventory of every endpoint, with its client, operating system, agent status and last-seen time. Deploy, restart or remove agents from there.
Built for multi-tenant
Reseller, client, endpoint
The platform is organised the way your business is. Every finding belongs to an endpoint, every endpoint to a client, every client to a reseller.
- Filter every module by reseller, client, endpoint and date range
- Each client's data is logically isolated from the others
- Users see only the clients and modules their role and subscription allow
- Exports follow your filters, ready for client reports and remediation tracking
- Integrated with Mindtime ERP
Onboarding
An agent in three commands
Adding an endpoint takes three commands on the device. It then shows up under the right client, ready for your team.
- 1
Get the agent
For Windows or Linux, servers and workstations.
- 2
Install it
With the details of the client the endpoint belongs to.
- 3
Start it
The endpoint appears in your inventory and starts sending security data.

Detection and recovery
EDR spots it. Backup brings it back.
Mindtime Security helps your team detect and respond, but it doesn't roll back encrypted files. Pair it with Mindtime Backup as a Service, so every client also has a clean copy to return to.
- Immutable backups that nobody can change or delete, not even ransomware
- Stored only in Dutch and German data centres
- One partner for detection and recovery
Roadmap
EDR is the start
Mindtime Security is growing beyond the endpoint. New modules arrive in the same console, under the same clients.

FAQ
Common questions
What is Mindtime Security?
Mindtime Security is an endpoint detection and response (EDR) platform for MSPs and resellers. Agents on your clients' Windows and Linux endpoints collect security data, and your team sees vulnerabilities, malware, configuration compliance, file changes and threat activity for every client in one multi-tenant console.
Is this a managed detection and response (MDR) service?
No. Mindtime Security is the platform. Your team monitors the alerts, investigates and decides how to respond. Mindtime does not monitor your clients' endpoints or handle incidents for you. MSPs use the platform to run their own security service.
Which operating systems does the agent support?
Windows and Linux, on servers and workstations. Mobile devices are not covered.
How are my clients kept separate?
The platform follows a reseller, client and endpoint hierarchy. Each client's data is logically isolated from other clients, and users only see the resellers, clients and modules their role and subscription allow.
What does MITRE ATT&CK mapping add?
It links detections to known attacker techniques, so your analysts can see which techniques are active, which are high risk and on which endpoints they appear.
Does EDR replace backup?
No. Mindtime Security helps you detect and respond, but it doesn't roll back ransomware damage or recover files. For that you need immutable backup, such as Mindtime Backup as a Service.
